Drink plenty of water. Some of the health benefits of drinking water are: it improves the entire immune system, it generates electro-magnetic energy inside each cell, it helps to remove toxic waste from body.
Drink Hot Herbal teas. Drinking Hot Herbal teas help quickly activate antioxidants within the body. It helps to sooth the body internally and you enjoy more of the tea’s aroma and flavor because the tongue/palate is more sensitive at high temperature. In addition Herbal Teas have many healing properties. Ginger helps rid the body of waste. Red Raspberry has vitamins A, C, D, E and B and is rich in iron. Cinnamon promotes blood circulation. Green tea has many antioxidants and or disease fighting properties.
Don’t just rely on hand sanitizer Wash hands frequently with soap and water.
While at work or school after use of rest room wash hands then use paper towel to open and close door.
Wipe computer keyboard frequently with antibacterial wipes.
Rinse tooth brush after every use with a mixture of Isopropyl alcohol and water.
Keep handi-wipes (sanitizer) in vehicle, office, pocket and or purse. Make sure wipes contain alcohol to decrease bacteria.
Take a multi vitamin daily.
Eat foods with garlic and cayenne pepper.
Eat dairy products in moderation. Cows milk causes mucous which creates bacteria to form.
Eat more green leafy foods.
All these things can ward off the common cold!
